Botanical Shortbread

Seasonally available shortbread topped with hand-picked, locally grown edible flowers and herbs

Flavours: vanilla, matcha, lemon turmeric, chili chocolate, dragonfruit, and butterfly pea blueberry

Ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, cane sugar, salt, vanilla, and edible flowers + herbs.

Edible flowers and herbs may include nasturtium, pansy, borage, marigold, chamomile, calendula, bachelor buttons, cosmos, mint and basil.

Storage: Place your cookies in an airtight glass container to keep your cookies fresh for up to a week. Cookies freeze well and can be placed directly in freezer, thawing on counter for 2 hours before serving.
